"I recommend Sam because she has made a big difference to my horses. My 24 year-old gelding and 6 year-old mare have greatly benefited from her treatments. Sam is very prompt, professional and attentive."

"We are so glad we found Sam, she is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Syd is a completely different horse: free-moving and soft. Thanks Sam!"

"Sam has been taking care of my animals for over 12 months now: an elderly dog and 3 horses, 2 of which have histories of injury. When she first started, my horse Abby had such a sore back that you could hardly touch it without her buckling under your hand. The difference was evident after the first few sessions. Jet, the dog, is in his teens and suffers from arthritis. Sam is able to alleviate the muscle tension that results from compensating for failing joins."

"Sam has been working on horses here for the past 2 years. She always adapts to the horse's individual needs and reassures any anxieties that they might have about the work she is doing. She has a very kind, easy way the horses adore her. The happy, relaxed look on the horse's face during a session shows just how much they enjoy it. I highly recommend Sam to help keep your horses feeling their absolute best."

When I first met Fred, he could hardly move. Walking clearly caused him pain: he moved like a stiff old man as though the slightest jolt would hurt him, which it did. At first, his condition had everyone completely stumped, including the vet. Finally, it was confirmed as a case of Sliding Stifles, a rare condition particularly for such a small pony. There was an option for a surgery which may or may not have been effective and conversations with the vet had turned to the topic of quality of life - the talk that nobody wants to have. The vet suggested to continue with the bodywork and see if Fred made any improvements.
It was certainly a long, hard road to recovery with plenty of bumps and detours. I saw Fred twice a week for three months during which time it was very often a process of two steps forward and one step back. There was much excitement the first time Fred trotted across the paddock.
Over the next weeks, Fred continued to steadily improve. I'll never forget the day I received an incredibly excited message that Fred had been tearing around the paddock with his two paddock mates, cantering, bucking and pigrooting - movements he had been previously incapable of!
Fred dropped down to one bodywork session a week, then one a fortnight, and now he only occasionally requires a tune-up.
"I was watching Fred trot across the yard this afternoon and I realised not only does he look loose and balanced, he has changed shape! Not just that he's lost weight, but his neck seems longer. My mother hadn't seen him since last Christmas and she was very surprised and impressed at the change in him. And he's definitely a happier pony. All that work you did on him clearly fixed long-standing issues as well as the immediate injury. So, I thought you'd like to know what a huge impact you have had on him and that he is still going well. Thank you!"

Hindquarter transformation after just 2 bodywork sessions. The entire right hindquarter had started to atrophy due to the horse being lame.
